1. Overview
Because our Services range from live sessions to instantly delivered digital products, our cancellation and refund terms vary by Service type. This policy sets out what applies in each case. Where a specific written agreement says otherwise, that agreement governs.
2. Consultations & Live Classes
For one-to-one consultations and live virtual classes, we ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:
- 48 hours or more before your session: reschedule at no charge, or request a full refund;
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: reschedule once at no charge; refunds are issued at 50%;
- Less than 24 hours before, or a missed session: the session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something genuinely unavoidable arises, contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
3. Meal Plans & Recipe Development
Meal plans and custom recipe work are created specifically for you. Once development has begun, the time and craft involved cannot be returned, so these Services are generally non-refundable after work has started.
If you cancel before we begin work, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are unhappy with a completed plan or recipe, contact us — we will review your concerns and, where appropriate, revise the work to better meet the brief.
4. Digital Products
Digital products such as e-cookbooks, recipe collections, and guides are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once access has been provided. This is because the product cannot be returned once downloaded.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make sure you receive what you paid for.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription billing and cancellation are covered in detail in our Subscription Policy. In summary, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
6. Business Services
Business services are scoped individually and governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement. Cancellation and refund terms for business work will be set out in that agreement.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and include your name and the Service involved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
