1. Subscription Plans
Chefelora Kitchen offers recurring membership programs, including our Weekly Culinary Support Membership, Premium Meal Planning Membership, and VIP Culinary Coaching. Each plan includes a defined set of benefits described at the time of purchase.
By starting a subscription, you agree to the recurring charges and the terms set out in this policy.
2. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly unless otherwise stated. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until you cancel.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.
3. Upgrading or Downgrading
You may request to change your plan at any time. Upgrades typically take effect immediately, while downgrades usually take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will explain any prorated amount before a change is applied.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. To cancel, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page before your next renewal date.
When you cancel, you retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the current paid period. After that, your subscription will not renew and recurring charges will stop.
5. Refunds
Payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, as your benefits remain available to you for the remainder of that period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
6. Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we change the price of your plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal, and continuing your subscription after that point constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Pausing & Missed Payments
Where available, you may ask to pause your membership for a defined period; we will confirm any pause in writing. If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again and may suspend benefits until payment is resolved.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Subscription Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated to members.
